Preamble

These Rules are subject to the Statute Law which governs arbitration in the place where the arbitration is held and to any other submission to arbitration agreed between the parties and are designed to maintain and bring to order the arbitration process. Otherwise where the parties to a dispute have agreed to arbitration in accordance with these rules they are thereby bound to comply with these rules.
