I. ORGANISATION OF THE SCC INSTITUTE

Article 1 The SCC Institute

The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "the SCC Institute") is a body for dealing with matters of dispute resolution. The SCC Institute is part of but independent from the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The SCC Institute does not itself settle disputes. Its objectives are:

to assist in the settlement of domestic and international disputes in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "the SCC Rules");
