向海尔公司讨说法

花三千元钱买的海尔电视刚过一年就出了问题，花钱换线圈不到一年又出了问题，到如今买了不到五年时间，差不多变成了一团废钱，向公司反映情况至今不给答复。以下是我们通过公司联系方式与其联系的情况，最后结果是公司提出三条选择方式：一是买新电视；二是花二百八十多元换个线圈，但效果可能不好；三是花600多元换显像管，管多长时间不知道。我们对此不满意，于是从此不理我们，为此特通过消协向公司讨个说法：如此质量，如此服务态度，以后谁还敢买海尔电视？

不是表态说“请将详细地址反馈给我们，我们会尽快为您处理”吗，为什么回复详细地址及联系方式后至今泥牛入海？希望海尔公司用真诚而不是欺诈的态度对待用户！

本人于2006年12月24日在海尔黄陂专卖店花2900元购海尔彩电一台（D2PFV6H——A8K），大概在08年初图像就出现了问题，找到专卖店请来维修人员，说是线圈有问题，收了材料费200多元，因在保修期没收修理费。此后过了一年左右，又出现图像问题，主要表现在图像扩大变形，两侧约有2个字宽的图像看不见。再次找到专卖店，店主让我们联系4006999999，我们联系多次，每次打通了都没人接电话。因图像主体部分尚可，所以我们也就将就着看算了。今年7月以来，图像进一步变差，上下图像都看不清，只有中线不足1/3的部分能显示图像。再次找到专卖店，店主让我们自己联系售后服务处一位王姓维修人员，在反复请求后于第二天中午到我家看电视，说是显像管需要量更换，不算维修费还得600多元，为此建议我们重新买一台。我们如果买新电视，这台没用几年的近3000元的电视如何处理，如果维修，那么多的维修费实在不如买新电视。请迅速给我们回复，如不满意，我们将向消费者协会申诉。
