1、由合营各方法定代表或授权代表签署的合营企业合同和章程 2、拟成立公司董事会成员确认书、双方出任董事委派人员的身份证明（复印件）简历，外方有授权代表应有授权委托书 3、合营各方的法人资格证明（加盖企业公章的执照复印件），法人代表身份证复印件，外方资信证明材料。如以个人各义投资，须提供身份证复印件及有效资信证明原件 4、需进口设备清单及需进口原材料清单 5、项目的可行性报告 6、外资企业经营场所的有关证明材料 1. the company's contract and the articles of association signed by the legal representatives or the delegated representatives of the various parties. 2. The confirmation documents of the company's board of directors,letters of appointment of the board of directors by both parties,the identity certificates and resumes of persons appointed as well as the letter of power-delegation entrustment for the representative if there are. 3. The certificate of qualification of the legal persons of various parties of the joint venture(including the duplicate license stamped the seal of the enterprise),the ID duplicate of the representative of the legal person and the certificate of credit of the foreign side.If the investment made in the name of individuas,ID duplicates and the original copy of effective certificate of credit are required. 4. lists of equipment and raw materials for import. 5.the feasibility report of the project. 6. the relevant certificates of the business sites |
