    The Preliminary Analysis of the Status of Intellectual Property Protection in International Investment Law

    Abstract： This paper endeavors to make a comprehensive ，systematic and objective study on the issue of important status of the protection of intellectual property rights in all kinds of investment laws. The author maintains that it is important to study the issue of intellectual property rights from the perspective of international investment law ， because intellectual property rights are not only key weapon in the international competition between transnational corporations and countries ，but also the important component of international investment . To meet the need of international investment liberalization  and to improve the international investment environment ，we must strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in  international investment legislations.
