(2) The notice may be given jointly by the parties to the dispute.

Article 4

Contents of the Notice

(1) The notice shall:

a. designate precisely each party to the dispute and state the address of each;

b. set forth the relevant provisions of the Contract embodying the agreement of the parties to refer the dispute to arbitration (hereinafter called the "arbitration provisions of the Contract"); and
