（5） The Registrar shall fulfil such other duties as may be entrusted to him or her by the Court, its Bureau or the conciliation commissions and arbitral tribunals established within the Court.

（6）The Registrar may, as necessary, delegate duties to other officials of the Court.

Article 13: Solemn Declaration

Upon taking up their duties, the Registrar and the other officials of the Court shall make the

following solemn declaration: “I solemnly declare that I shall fulfil impartially and consciensciously, to the best of my ability, my duties at the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration established by the Convention on Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE.”
