　　On the Improving the Internal Supervision Mechanism within the Corporation

　　Abstract： Supervision mechanism is an important part in the modern corporation system. An appropriate internal supervision mechanism is substantial for the operation of the corporation. It is also a necessary premise for establishment of the modern corporation system. In china， one of the main defects of the present corporation system is that the supervision mechanism is visionary and the source of the supervision is scarce. When we talk about the improvement of the supervision mechanism， we must not only consider advancing the present supervision mechanism， but also think about broadening the source of the supervision and coordinating the relationship of the various way of supervision.
