Article 3.G - FEES

The amount of advanced fees to be deposited by a claimant either for an initial claim and /or a counterclaim is equal to the unvarying part of the level of the Chambre Arbitrale de Paris scale of fees in force on the date of the arbitration claim corresponding to the amount of the litigious money claim. Said fees shall definitively and entirely become the property of the Chambre Arbitrale de Paris as from the registration of the arbitration claim, whatever the outcome of the procedure might be or where the claimant withdraws for any reason whatsoever.
